Richard A. Rikoski

Richard A. Rikoski, PhD, PE, is a professional engineer with over thirty-five years of consulting experience.  He received his PhD in electrical and mechanical engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. He was a faculty member for thirteen years at Carnegie Mellon University, University of Pennsylvania, and Illinois Institute of Technology. Though retired from academics, he is an active volunteer in the ABET university accreditation process at home and abroad.

Dr. Rikoski's areas of expertise include: electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, system controls, patent infringement, electrical contact, fire investigation and causation, providing testimony for both plaintiff and defense.

Dr. Carol Westbrook MD PhD, is a licensed, board-certified Medical Oncologist with almost 35 years of experience in academics and clinical practice. At the University of Chicago, University of Illinois, and Boston University, her academic practice included teaching, patient care, and cancer research, and has led to authorship of over 100 scholarly articles, a patent in cancer diagnostics, and 3 books. Her Facebook website, “Ask-An-Oncologist” features her occasional blogs about cancer, and answers questions privately and anonymously from individuals with cancer
